Rachel Connell

Biography

Rachel Connell is the Head of Business Operations at King’s Business School. Rachel is responsible for leading the faculty’s business operations function and the delivery of a portfolio of services across the faculty, including finance, compliance, health and safety, project management and process development and improvement, working closely with academic staff and other professional services teams. Rachel also provides strategic oversight for the operational delivery of King’s Business School’s research centres and leads key strategic activities such as accreditation.

Rachel has worked at King’s since 2017 and has over 20 years of experience as a higher education professional spanning both public and private education sectors. Rachel is driven by a passion for operational excellence, combining innovation with a focus on service enhancement.
