
Biography
Rebecca Adams received her BA in Medical Sciences and BMBCh from Oxford University before undertaking clinical academic training across Wales and London. She was awarded an MRC Clinical Research Fellowship and completed her PhD with the Karagiannis group at King's College London. Her main interest academically is the immune microenvironment of melanoma. Her research focusses on the role of monocytes and macrophages in melanoma and how such immune cells can be manipulated by anti-cancer-antigen monoclonal antibodies.
