Biography
I joined King's in 2004 as a bioinformatician. My background is in computer science (PhD, University of Maryland College Park). My group applies mainly computational methods to address biological questions. The group typically works with data in the public domain and generated by collaborators, but also generates data in-house. The research interests of the group broadly fall into these categories: epigenomics, transcriptomics, large-scale biological data analysis.
