Biography
I am a third year MRC precision medicine PhD student at The University of Edinburgh. Before starting this PhD, I completed an BSc in Infectious diseases at The University of Edinburgh. My PhD research focuses on identifying molecular subtypes of critical illness to enable precision medicine.
I primarily research the dysregulated immune response of critically ill patients with lymphopenia and respiratory dysfunction, using multi-omic data to uncover syndrome-agnostic mechanisms underlying these traits.
