RT Howard is an author and journalist who has written five books on history and international relations and contributed to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Daily Telegraph, Guardian and many other newspapers and journals. He is the author of a forthcoming book (OUP 2022) on the role of the British and French intelligence services in the 1930s in shaping the policy of appeasement towards Nazi Germany.
