Rosa works in NMPC as a Senior Teaching Fellow. She has extensive experience in Trauma Intensive Care, Clinical Practice Education and Specialist Respiratory Nursing. Rosa was instrumental in incorporating clinical simulation into the nursing learning pathways in her role as Clinical Practice Educator, and won an award for her ‘Outstanding Contribution to Education’.

She currently works as Clinical Practice Lead at the Lister Hospital, where she leads a team of Nurse Educators working in A&E and Acute Medicine.

She is now completing her MSc and currently studying for her PGCert as part of this pathway.
