Sam Newson

Sam holds an MA in Education Policy from UCL Institute of Education, and an LLB from the University of Kent. She has also completed a Cambridge Diploma in Teaching English Language to Adults (DELTA) and a Professional Graduate Certificate of Education.

Sam has previously worked on pre- sessional and EAP courses at a number of universities in London including UCL, Newcastle University London and BPP university. She has also spent many years teaching EFL and EAP abroad in Poland, Italy, Oman and Slovakia where she worked mainly for International House and the British Council.

Her current research interests are academic identity and reflective teaching and learning. In her free time Sam enjoys portrait and street photography, and drawing (very badly!)
