Biography
Sana graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, School of Dental Sciences, with a BDS dentistry degree in 2011. Since then, she has worked both in dental practice and within Community Dental Services.
Having always had a keen interest in dental research, this grew stronger over time. Currently Sana's PhD research at King's College London focuses on optimising an in vitro method for testing dental products including denture adhesives. This is under the supervision of Dr Trevor Coward and Professor Lucy Di-Silvio and is funded by a GSK/EPSRC studentship.
