
Biography
Sarah Trepiccione is the Impact Manager in the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences at King’s College London. This includes providing advice, training and practical support on how to develop and realise impact from early-stage projects through to mature outcomes. It also involves supporting the REF 2029 impact and engagement submission and strengthening the articulation of impact within funding applications.
Sarah is a polymer chemist and a part qualified patent attorney. Prior to joining King’s in 2025, Sarah worked in technology transfer and intellectual property, spending majority of her time at Cambridge Enterprise. At Cambridge Enterprise, she supported the translation of Cambridge research to create globally-leading economic and social impact through activities such as IP protection, licensing, and supporting spin outs. Before this, Sarah worked as an assay scientist and a polymer chemist in industry.
