Biography
Scarlett Devey is the LC-MS Lead Analyst for the Drug Control Centre, which is located in the Department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences, School of Cancer & Pharmaceutical Sciences.
The Drug Control Centre is the UK’s only World Anti-Doping Agency accredited laboratory and Scarlett joined in 2015 after completing her Biomedical Sciences BSc Hons degree at King’s. She is the lead analyst for the LC-MS team and is responsible for analysis of urine samples by LC-MS for anti-doping purposes. Scarlett has also attended the 2016 Summer Paralympic Games and 2018 Asian Games as a LC-MS expert, assisting with the anti-doping analysis for these high profile games.
