
Biography
Seham Alyami is a PhD student in Nutritional Sciences at King’s College London, researching gastrointestinal symptoms and dietary behaviours among shift-working cab drivers.
Seham is particularly interested in identifying the barriers and enablers that shape nutrition among shift workers, with the aim of generating insights that could inform future nutritional guidance and support targeted interventions to improve health outcomes in this often underserved population.
She is a registered dietitian, certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and is committed to translating research into practical, real-world solutions that address health inequalities among working populations.
