Biography
Sophia is a Senior Lecturer within the Professional Law Institute at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.Sophia is a solicitor (non-practicing), a Fellow of the HEA and holds a first class LLB Law degree.
She practiced in community care and contentious health and welfare work in the Court of Protection, acting for vulnerable adults who lacked capacity and had significant care needs.
In 2019, Sophia transitioned to teaching at The University of Law. She taught civil litigation and civil skills on the Bar course and developed specialisms in legal drafting and advocacy. Sophia spent a period of time as a member of the Senior Management Team, as an Academic Manager, and then became a Senior Tutor within the Bar Course team.
