- British Championships Feb 2023 4th place
- South of England Championships June 2023 1st Place
- 4.06M at the Welsh Senior Championships.
- British champs pole vault finalist 2022.
- 5th at English Championships 2022.
- 6th at British champs indoors and outdoors 2019 as a U23 athlete.
