Soshana Fearn

Soshana Fearn is a Senior Technology-Enhanced Learning Officer in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Public Policy.

She provides comprehensive advice, support and training to academic and professional services staff on the learning technologies used across the Faculty of Social Sciences and Public Policy, such as KEATS virtual learning environment, Turnitin, Kaltura video service and Microsoft Office applications.

Her duties include: providing guidance on best use of Moodle VLE (known as KEATS); supporting technology enhanced learning, online and flexible pedagogy; assisting in the delivery of workshops and training and deliver ad-hoc support in effective TEL practices; working effectively with academic and professional services colleagues in the Faculty and across the College to ensure effective communications and drive improvements; and helping to embed learning technologies to support teaching, learning and assessment activities.
