Biography

My experience in the ageing arena. A clinical psychologist and my work has a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing, in particular using citizen science co-production methodology. Our team has launched a Project Soothe app feature for carers and families affected by dementia during the lockdown.

The impact I’d like to make as part of the HWL programme. I would like us to bring mental health and wellbeing to the heart of what we do in everyday practice for the ageing populations, carers, and professional sectors, and to achieve this through co-production recognising expertise by experience and in the process empower all who is involved.
