Sunny Dhillon’s dissertation centres on the human rights accountability of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex). His doctoral research is funded through the King’s College London PGR International Scholarship and focuses on the use of digital and visual methods in shaping Frontex’s international human rights obligations.
Prior to joining the Dickson Poon School of Law, Sunny was a Program Evaluator for five years with the John Howard Society of Ontario. There he evaluated a mix of gang exit, youth crime, and housing programs.
