Biography
I hold a CELTA from International House London (December 2008) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the General Teaching Council for England (March 2007). My academic background includes a BA in Methodology of English Teaching as a Foreign Language and Linguistics from the University of Silesia in Poland.
I've got more than 15 years of EFL teaching experience across Poland, London, Spain, China and Japan.
My recent experince of teaching EFL was in Spain where I susscessfully prepared students for Cambridge examamination. I have also taught English for specific purposes online to real estate students at the Global Real Estate College Japan.
In London I taught ESOL to migrants, refugees and asylum seeker in the charity sector.
I'm interested in many things; these are just a few:
* regarding language it's language and power and Multilingualism, Migration & Diversity
* outside work interests: long distance hiking in nature ( Last year I had a year off to travel around Europe and do hikes including long-distance hike in North Spain where in 6weeks I covered 1200km walking); practising yoga; painting/drawing; cross-stitching
