
Biography
Taeona Morgan joined King's as a Research Assistant in 2024, contributing to both the Brain Health in Generation 2020 (Gen2020) and Brain Imaging in Babies (BIBS) projects. She then transitioned to a PhD Student in February 2026 funded by the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre and the Department of Forensic and Neurodevelopmental Sciences, examining how prenatal pandemic exposure influences early language development and the neurobiology of language-related brain networks.
She has a BSc in Psychology with a Professional Placement from Cardiff University, and a MSc in Applied Paediatric Neuropsychology from UCL.
