Change Manager (Transformation Office)

Biography

Tamara Kwofie is the Change Manager in the Transformation Office, where she supports strategic transformation projects that strengthen student and staff experiences as part of the Student Futures Programme.

Prior to this, Tamara served as the Student Outcomes Manager (Attainment) in the Student Transitions and Outcomes Department, where she led the Student Attainment Team to deliver projects aimed at closing gaps in attainment between White learners and those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.

She previously worked in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, where she designed and delivered the Ethnicity Awarding Gap Project (published in an academic journal in January 2024). The project sought to better understand the student experience of UK-domiciled undergraduate students from racially minoritised backgrounds.

Tamara is passionate about improving the holistic student experience and brings this commitment to every aspect of her work. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Psychology and Education from the University of Cambridge.
