Tamara Kwofie

Student Experience Officer

Biography

Tamara Kwofie joined Arts & Humanities as a Student Experience Officer in August 2021. She is passionate about improving the holistic student experience and brings this to her role. Tamara holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and a MPhil in Psychology & Education from the University of Cambridge.

Tamara's main responsibilities are:

  • Leading the Ethnicity Awarding Gap Project which seeks to better understand the student experience of UK-domiciled Black, Asian and minority ethnic undergraduate students in the faculty.
  • Leading on the Arts & Humanities Buddy Scheme which matches all first-year undergraduates with a student mentor from their department. 
  • Coordinating communications and activities with students regarding all forms of support, activities, events, or initiatives that will enhance their student journey.
