Biography
I am a Research Assistant in the Breast Cancer Immunology team at Guy’s Hospital, part of the Comprehensive Cancer Centre at King’s College London. My work focuses on spatial phenotyping of lymph nodes using the Akoya PhenoCycler platform, contributing to ongoing research into immune responses and tumour microenvironments in breast cancer. I hold an MRes in Translational Cancer Medicine from King’s College London and a BSc in Biological and Medical Sciences from the University of Liverpool.
My academic work has been complemented by a strong commitment to public engagement and inclusive science communication. I have helped coordinate a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) event and actively contributed to other initiatives aimed at making scientific research more accessible to wider audiences. I am particularly interested in the intersection of human health, sociology and art and hope to make science more accessible.
