Biography
Dr. Teddy Tun Win HLA is a Senior Clinical Data Scientist and intensive care physician with extensive experience delivering end-to-end data solutions across public, academic, and private sectors. Proficient in Python, R, and SQL, he has extensive experience in building production-grade reproducible analytical pipelines following Turing Way guidance and modern software engineering best practices.
His expertise spans from complex statistical modelling, classical machine learning with rigorous external validation, and modern LLM architectures to multimodal real-world AI applications. In addition, he leads and coordinates multiple diverse stakeholders—clinicians, engineers, senior leadership and business teams—across multiple sites. He communicates both processes and results rigorously through public forums and meetings, peer-reviewed scientific publications, and through prototype interactive web apps.
His clinical experience and working in dynamic critical care background allows exceptional collaboration, conflict resolution, and agile project management skills to complex data science initiatives.
