Biography
Tibor Hortobagyi is Reader in Old Age Psychiatry at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London. Tibor joined King’s College Hospital in 2003 and King’s College London in 2008.
He is a neuropathologist with expertise in neurodegeneration. He is professor at the University of Szeged and Debrecen, respectively, in Hungary and visiting professor at Stavanger University Hospital in Norway.
He holds PhD, DSc (higher doctorate) degrees, FRCPath and European Fellow in Neuropathology (EFN), by examination. He is currently chairman of the Board of Examiners at the European Examination in Neuropathology.
