Tom Scott-Bell is the Events Manager at the Policy Institute, where he oversees the Institute’s programme of roundtables, seminars, and conferences.

Before joining the Policy Institute, Tom worked at a leading Asia-focused think tank and advisory group, delivering engagement programmes that connected governments and businesses across the region. Prior to this, he spent five years in China covering politics and international relations in the region.

He holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent and is currently completing a part-time MA in East Asian Studies at the University of Sheffield.
