Vasilis is a PhD student in Philosophy at King’s Business School, King’s College London. His research develops a comparative analysis between Cambridge Social Ontology and the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. He examines issues of metaphysics, human ontology, and the nature of rights and obligations in order to explore how such a comparison can bring about novel insights for each. In addition to his research, Vasilis teaches the course Social Science and Modern Business to first-year Business Management undergraduate students (KBS Teaching Excellence Award, 2024-25). His doctoral studies are supported by the King’s Business School Doctoral Research Studentship. Vasilis is also a member of the Cambridge Social Ontology Group and the Friedrich Nietzsche Society. Prior to joining King’s, he earned a Master of Arts in Global Political Economy from Leiden University and a Master of Science in Political Theory from the University of Amsterdam.
