Verena Day

Verena joined King’s College London in 2018 as a German teacher. She has 10 years of experience teaching German and particularly enjoys teaching Postgraduate students. Verena follows a communicative approach to language learning. She firmly believes that language learning should be enjoyable and learning another language is also a great way to better understand one’s own language and culture better. Verena graduated from Munich’s Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität with an M.A. in Latin literature in 2010. She completed a Graduate Teaching Programme in the UK and has an Adult Education certificate from City & Guilds.
