Vicki is a lecturer at the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care at King’s College London with a background in medical anthropology.

Research interests:

  • Understanding and improving patient, carer and staff healthcare experiences and interactions
  • Cross-cultural experiences of health and illness
  • Cancer care
  • Qualitative research methods particularly Experience-based co-design

Vicki’s teaching focuses on research methods and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate studies. She currently leads the ‘Issues in the conduct of healthcare research’ module for postgraduate students.
