Vicky joined the Department of Twin Research in 2021 to lead the CSS Biobank and later the Twins MR Imaging Study operations. In 2026, Vicky became Head of Research Programmes & Operations, where she leads multidisciplinary professional services teams and oversees major research cohorts, including TwinsUK. Her role focuses on strengthening research partnerships, guiding governance, and driving impact - ensuring world-class research delivery and supporting key departmental initiatives.

She has a background in health research, data management, and clinical service operations, with experience delivering multiple studies and large-scale trials across public health, cancer screening, clinical genetics, imaging, health behaviour change, and health service delivery in the UK and USA.
