Victoria Hanau-Schaumburg joined in January 2022 as Senior Delivery Manager in Executive Education. She leads on developing the executive programme experience and delivery, manages the senior programme officer, and works closely with Course Directors to ensure our exec education is impactful, innovative, and high-quality.

Prior to joining, Victoria worked at London Business School, where she held a variety of positions including roles across the Master's in Management, Senior Global Experiences Manager (leading global experiential learning trips), and MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager.

She has also worked at Northeastern University in Boston running international study opportunities. She is also a regular volunteer with GoodGym.
