Biography

Virginia is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow for Systemic Risk and the Transformation of Democracy (DERISK). She received her PhD in Politics, Economics and Philosophy at the University of York in 2024. Her main research interests include topics in global justice, climate change and migration, natural resource justice and territorial rights, questions of self-determination and environmental justice.
