Vivek Neelakantan

Vivek is Deputy Registrar of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He has over 15 years’ experience in international dispute resolution and arbitration. Prior to joining SIAC, Vivek spent time in private practice in India and was as partner at a leading law firm in Singapore, regularly acting as counsel on international arbitrations under various institutional rules. Vivek was involved in the establishment of SIAC’s first overseas office in Mumbai, India. 

Vivek Neelakantan will be one of seven guest speakers for the King's College London Executive Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Summer 2023, joining with our academic faculty course leaders to talk on setting aside of awards: concept, regulation and jurisdiction and grounds for setting aside: lack of jurisdiction and due process.
