I completed a PhD in Cancer Studies with Dr Mieke Van Hemelrijck and Prof Tony Ng as my supervisors in 2016. My project focused on utilising serum inflammatory markers in studying breast cancer risk and survival in Swedish women. Following this, I have continued collaborating with Dr Van Hemelrijck's group in further exploring the role of clinical biomarkers in risk and prognosis of solid cancers.
