Research Associate
I am a Research Associate in the Cancer Genetics Lab applying multi-omic techniques such as RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, Cut&Run/Tag and Hi-C to large cohorts of adult and pediatric acute myeloid leukemias. Integrating these datasets together using bioinformatic and machine learning techniques, my aim is to understand gene regulatory and epigenetic changes that drive poor response to therapy or relapse in this aggressive disease.
