Biography

Dr Xinqi Bao is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Engineering at King’s College London. He received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from King’s College London, working with processing of cardiac signals for health monitoring and early detection of heart diseases. Additionally, he also worked and published on EMG for prosthesis control, ERG for ocular examination and medical imaging recognition.

He is currently working on the UKRI-MRC funded ‘CardioPhone’ project that aims to design low-cost and portable PCG-ECG device for valvular issue screening.
