Biography
Xudong Zhao is a Research Associate in Immersive Audio Technology in the Department of Engineering, King’s College London, joining in June 2024.
He received a bachelor’s degree and PhD from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2015 and 2023, respectively. From October 2019 to July 2021, he was a Visiting Student with the INRS-EMT, University of Quebec, Montreal, Canada. From November 2023 to May 2024, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel. His research interests include acoustic and speech signal processing, microphone arrays and immersive audio technology. He is an Associate Editor for the Circuits Systems and Signal Processing Journal.
