Yinka works in the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences (BMEIS) Public Engagement team across a variety of public engagement projects. Yinka's role focuses on building and maintaining established partnerships with a range of organisations in Lambeth and Southwark and working with people who may not typically engage with science or research.

Community engagement work at BMEIS also involves bringing the work of researchers to communities in an accessible manner. Yinka Chairs the King's Community Health and Research Advisory Group (KCHRAG)
