Yubin Li is a PhD student in the Department of Engineering, King’s College London. His research focuses on the design of high-speed interface integrated circuits, with particular interests in high-speed data communication, mixed-signal circuit design, and AI-assisted electronic design automation (EDA). Prior to joining King's College London, he worked as an integrated circuit design engineer in the semiconductor industry, where he was involved in the design of high-speed amplifiers and data converters. This industrial experience has provided him with a strong foundation in both analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.

His current research explores high-speed interface circuit design while investigating how artificial intelligence can be effectively integrated into the IC design workflow. He is particularly interested in understanding the capabilities, limitations, and best practices of AI-assisted circuit design, with the aim of developing reliable and practical methodologies for next-generation chip development. His broader research interests include high-speed integrated circuits, electronic design automation, and intelligent design methodologies for advanced semiconductor systems.
