Biography
Yuxin joined the Cicely Saunders Institute in October 2020. She received the BSc degree of Medicine (2017) and MSc degree of Nursing (2020) in Southeast University in China and was both rated as outstanding graduates.
Her research focuses on developing and evaluating a culturally-appropriate advance care planning program for older people in long-term care facilities in China.
Her PhD work will potentially inform the future full evaluation trial and the implementation of advance care planning in China and provide evidence about how to develop an advanced care planning program within Asian countries' contexts.
