Biography

As a PhD student at King’s College London (KCL). My research focuses on assessing the influence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) on workforce efficiency within the healthcare system, with a particular emphasis on the UK National Health Service (NHS).

Before joining King’s, I earned my Master’s degree in International Relations and my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Afghanistan University (AofU). I have over seven years of experience in the healthcare sector, where I designed and implemented a comprehensive Dental Management Information System (MIS) that is currently used by numerous practices and serves thousands of patients.

My academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of technology, workforce development, and healthcare management. My current research explores how the integration of generative AI technologies can transform operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and service delivery within public healthcare institutions.
