Course features

Here's what this course looks like in practice:

  • Full PM skillset: From product strategy, user research and roadmapping through to Agile delivery, stakeholder management, data-informed decision-making, go-to-market planning and AI-enabled workflows – covering the skills that show up in every product management job description.

  • Practical, project-based learning: Every course is built around hands-on projects based on real-world scenarios. In the final six weeks, you'll work with a team of peers to solve a genuine product challenge set by an employer partner – such as DocuSign or SO-SURE – and add the work to your portfolio.

  • 1:1 career coaching: An experienced Career Coach works with you from day one – CV reviews, interview prep, career planning – and continues coaching you after the programme ends until you reach your next goal – whether a promotion or your next move.

Course Format

Course 1 – PM essentials

Build your foundational product management skills and mindset. Explore what product management looks like across different organisational contexts, learn how PMs create value through discovery, delivery and experimentation, and develop the ability to define and validate product ideas. You'll also begin using AI tools to enhance your productivity – from research synthesis to stakeholder communication.

Course 2 – Advanced PM execution

Deepen your expertise with advanced techniques in data, design and delivery. Learn to interpret product metrics, collaborate with engineering and design teams, build strategic roadmaps, manage complex delivery workflows and plan product launches with full go-to-market coordination. AI is woven throughout, supporting data analysis, backlog management and cross-functional communication.

Course 3 – Strategic fluency

Develop the strategic thinking, commercial acumen and leadership presence expected of senior product managers. Analyse product-market fit, craft defensible product strategies, strengthen commercial fluency, and explore advanced topics including managing AI-powered products responsibly. The course also covers strategic communication and influence – how PMs craft narratives that align stakeholders and drive impact.

Course 4 – Employer project

Bring together everything you've learnt. Work with a team of peers on a real-world product challenge set by an employer partner – every deliverable and decision mirrors the professional environment. Present your work in industry-aligned formats with feedback from employer partners and industry experts.

AI training throughout: AI is integrated across every course, not treated as a standalone module. From using AI for research synthesis and rapid prototyping in Course 1, to data analysis and backlog management in Course 2, to evaluating and managing AI products strategically in Course 3 – you'll develop confidence as an AI-literate product manager who knows when and how to use these tools effectively.
