Cell Phenotyping
We are interested in understanding how intrinsic and extrinsic signals impact on human cell behaviour and in using this knowledge to develop assays for cell characterisation, disease modelling and drug discovery. We have established methods to integrate high content imaging with genomics within the framework of the Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells Initiative (HipSci) project, funded by the Wellcome Trust and MRC.
