The Operations & Strategic Planning team works directly with Executive Director Dr Bryony Wakefield to lead the strategic and operational direction of each of the area’s functions, working in close collaboration with Professor Sir Bashir M. Al Hashimi.

Included within the Department are Service Improvement & Operations, Stakeholder Engagement, Research Financial Sustainability and Research Information Systems.
