King’s Climate Research Hub is an organising unit for climate research across the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy, bringing together climate-related research groups from across eight departments. Through networking events, externally-focussed panel discussions on policy-relevant topics, and coordinated responses to funding calls, we seek to build a space for cross-disciplinary collaboration within climate change research at King’s.
The Hub is home to research expertise on climate change across time and space. We recognise that climate change is a multi-faceted problem that requires integration of physical and social science. As a cross-disciplinary unit, we have a particular interest in the relationship between science, policy and culture.
