Mental Health Inequalities (SPECTRUM): Disrupting the relationship between mental health, stigma and unhealthy commodities

SPECTRUM is a multi-university, multi-agency research consortium focused on the commercial determinants of health and health inequalities. We are evaluating people who have ever had a diagnosis of a mental health condition, their mental health distress in the past month and the associations with smoking and vaping. We are also exploring the existing evidence base for the effectiveness of mass media campaigns and health messaging about smoking and vaping among people with mental health conditions.
