We are currently conducting a pilot and feasibility evaluation of an intervention run by the Drive Forward Foundation which supports care experienced young people who are seeking employment. The young people work with a mentor who provides tailored support driven by the young person’s interests and needs.  

The evaluation is designed to help us understand whether and how the programme works to achieve its desired impacts. This feasibility aspect of the evaluation also looks to assess whether the intervention is ready for a full impact study, and what steps would need to be taken before this is carried out.
