How can the Housing Advisers help me?

In collaboration with our colleagues at University of London Housing Services (ULHS) we provide information, advice and advocacy in key areas of housing advice.

We can:

  • Advise you on your housing options and guide you on where to look for appropriate accommodation.
  • Check your contract and advise on its content, helping you to understand your obligations and when to challenge clauses.
  • Support you when things go wrong, offering help if you face housing disputes, complaints or homelessness. Through targeted awareness campaigns, we look out for you so that you do not fall foul of scams or fraud.
  • Guide you to other support structures or agencies outside King’s, if they’re better placed to help you.

If you are interested in accommodation provided by King's, please contact our colleagues at King's Residences

If you urgently need housing advice, for example, if you are at immediate risk of homelessness, be sure to contact Shelter 0808 800 4444 immediately.
