Accessibility Support
Research Talent aims to make all training courses, resources, and activities accessible to everyone in the King's researcher community.
If you have a requirement which would enable you to access our training, please contact us as early as possible to make the request. We will do our best to make adjustments to enable you to benefit from our activities.
Online Workshops
Our default position is that we do not record live online workshops. This is due to several factors, including:
- We work with external training partners who do not license their workshops for recording.
- Our workshops are small, discussion based, and involve active participation. This does not lend itself to recording both in terms of privacy of participants and efficacy of learning. This position is consistent with King's Digial Education Policy.
If you have a request to record a workshop, please contact us to discuss the options available.
Other Online Activities
We use digital platforms and technologies to support the delivery of our online programmes. We strive to ensure that any technology we use meets accessibility requirements and makes the activity as inclusive as possible to all participants. All technologies used are categorised as 'core', 'recommended', or 'recognised' by King's Centre for Technology Enhanced Learning.
If you wish to raise an issue of accessibility, inclusion, or any other comment regarding technology used in delivery of our programme, please contact the team.
