Before the course you may already be working in research delivery but are not able to lead it. Or you may be working in an area of practice where you can see the benefit to incorporating research into your work.
This programme gives you the ability to lead clinical research and become a principal investigator. You may choose to go on to develop research or follow a clinical-academic career or maybe move into a senior leadership role.
Potential employers could include NHS Trusts and clinical research facilities, pharmaceutical and biotech companies and academic institutions.
You could consider roles such as:
- Clinical Trials Manager
- Clinical Research Manager
- Clinical Operations Manager
The MSc is also excellent preparation for a PhD.
