Deposit
Track 1 – First Year at King’s
If you receive an offer for this programme, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to King’s to secure your place. Deposit payments are credited towards the total tuition fee payment.
The Home deposit is £500. The International deposit is £2000.
- If you receive an offer before March, payment is due by 20 March.
- If you receive an offer between 1 March and 20 May, payment is due within one month of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer between 21 May and 15 July, payment is due within two weeks of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer between 16 July and 17 August, payment is due within one week of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer from 18 August onwards, payment is due within three days of receiving the offer.
If you are a current undergraduate King’s student in receipt of the King's Living Bursary this academic year, you are not required to pay a deposit to secure your place on the programme. Please note, this will not change the total fees payable for your chosen programme.

Track 2 – First Year at LUISS
If you receive an offer for this programme (Track 2 - first year at LUISS), you should read the tuition fees and deposit information on LUISS' website here.
You will be required to accept your offer on King’s Apply within the following timescales:
- If you receive an offer before January, your acceptance deadline is two months of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer between 1 January and 28 February, your acceptance deadline is one month of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer between 1 March and 31 March, your acceptance deadline is two weeks of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer between 1 April and 17 August your acceptance deadline is one week of receiving the offer.
- If you receive an offer from 18 August onwards, your acceptance deadline is three days of receiving the offer.
LUISS will contact you regarding the payment of the instalment of tuition fees. Payment of first instalment of tuition fees to Luiss for Track 2 will be due by 22 April 2026 for students with a nationality out of the EU/Schengen area and Luiss Bachelor graduates and by 15 June 2026 for all other students with EU/Schengen nationality. There is an advisory deadline of 15 April 2026 for students with a nationality out of the EU/Schengen area and Luiss Bachelor graduates to meet any English Language condition of their offer in order to allow for processing before payment of the first tuition fee instalment to Luiss on 22 April 2026.

Track 1: First Year at King’s
Our first application deadline is on 9 March 2026 (23:59 UK time). However, applicants with a Bachelor's degree from Luiss or from another Italian university are encouraged to apply before 1 March 2026. Please note for Track 1 and 2, applicants graduating from an Italian university other than Luiss will be required to pass the Luiss admission test to be held in April 2026.
The final application deadlines for this programme are:
- Overseas (international) fee status: 25 July 2026 (23:59 UK time)
- Home fee status: 25 August 2026 (23:59 UK time)
After the first application deadline, if the programme becomes full before the final deadlines stated above, we will close the programme to further applications.
Track 2: First Year at LUISS
The final application deadlines for this programme are:
- 1 March 2026 (23:59 UK time) for applicants who will require a visa to study in Italy
- 9 April 2026 (23:59 UK time) for applicants who will not require a visa to study in Italy
Applicants with a Bachelor's degree from Luiss or from another Italian university are encouraged to apply before 1 March 2026. Please note for Track 1 and 2, applicants graduating from an Italian university other than Luiss will be required to pass the Luiss admission test to be held in April 2026.
