Career Prospects
On completion of the programme, you will be able to apply for registration to practise as a physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). This enables you to practise in a wide variety of settings and is mandatory for employment within the NHS. You will also be eligible to apply for full membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
Whilst a significant majority of recent graduates go on to work in healthcare including the NHS, they are increasingly taking on roles in emerging areas for Physiotherapists including Social Care, Public Health, sports and leisure, clinical and academic research, and other graduate opportunities.
