PPM Consultancy Module
The PPM Consultancy Module offers students the opportunity to engage and work with stakeholders outside of the university in a sustained and exciting way. Through this module, you will be able to:
- Work on a real-life consulting project and provide solutions to complex contemporary public policy and management challenges.
- Gain insights into the nature of real-life challenges faced by these organisations.
- Learn and develop practical skills through regular engagement and teaching from active public and third sector consultancy specialists.
This module seeks to combine an inquisitive and critical exploration of the role played by consultants and consultancy in the public and third sectors with an appreciation of the potential benefits that external actors can bring to complex organisations working towards social good.
We have developed good relationships with public sector partners such as Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Trust, Health Education England, London Borough of Hackney. We also have good relationships with third sector partners, such as Think Forward and Aymara Social Enterprise alongside other originations who we work closely with to generate real-life projects for students each year.
It will run from January to April 2026 and consist of 10 two-hour workshops.
